Our Commitment to Your Health and Safety

At Miya Nail Spa, we always prioritize the well-being of our valued customers. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented stringent safety measures to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone who visits our Bella Nail Lounge. Your health and safety are of utmost importance to us.

Strict Sanitization Procedures

We have bolstered our already stringent sanitization procedures to provide you with a worry-free visit. Our highly professional team adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness and follows industry-leading protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Our tools and equipment undergo thorough sanitization after each use. We use hospital-grade disinfectants to clean and sterilize all surfaces, including but not limited to nail stations, pedicure chairs, and waiting areas. Our team members wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to protect themselves and our customers.

Social Distancing Measures

To maintain social distancing, we have rearranged our salon layout, ensuring that adequate spacing is maintained between each customer. Our waiting area has been modified to allow for proper physical distancing, and we manage customer flow to avoid overcrowding.

We kindly request our customers to arrive at their scheduled appointment time to help us adhere to these measures effectively. We value your cooperation in promoting a safe and healthy environment.

Enhanced Staff Training and Health Screening

Our staff members undergo comprehensive training on the latest COVID-19 safety guidelines and procedures. They are well-equipped to provide you with a safe and enjoyable visit.

Prior to their work shift, our team members undergo health screenings, including temperature checks, to ensure that they are healthy and fit to serve you. Any staff member showing symptoms or feeling unwell is required to stay home and seek necessary medical attention.

Appointment Guidelines

To manage the number of customers in our salon, we highly encourage our valued customers to schedule appointments in advance. This helps us maintain a safe environment for everyone and minimize wait times.

If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, or have recently traveled to a high-risk area, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment. The health and safety of our customers and staff are paramount, and we appreciate your understanding.

Masks and Personal Protective Equipment

For the safety of all, we require both our staff and customers to wear masks throughout their visit to our salon. Masks should cover the nose and mouth at all times, providing an additional layer of protection for everyone.

To minimize physical contact, we offer contactless payment options, including debit or credit card payments. We strive to provide a seamless experience while ensuring your health and safety.
